    Jeffrey Baikowitz is the President of Microban Canada and has extensive experience in start-up businesses. At the age of nineteen he launched his first business, Encore Waste Management, one of the largest recycling companies in Montreal. Jeffrey is a Quantum Shift Fellow, recognized by KPMG and the Richard Ivey School of Business in 2005 as one of Canada's top 40 entrepreneurs. In 2005 Jeffrey was selected to participate in Harvard Business School's Social Enterprise Initiative seminar on Governing for Nonprofit Excellence and is the immediate past Chairman of Street Kids International and Director of Leave Out Violence (LOVE) in Montreal.
