Scott Bahm has worked in commercial facility maintenance since 1979.
As Vice President, Facility Maintenance, he is responsible for the ongoing maintenance at all properties managed by NAI FMA Realty, including such diverse properties as retail shopping centers, office buildings and apartment units.
He accomplishes this task by supervising, monitoring and evaluating the company's procedures, policies, staff and production in the Facility Maintenance Division.
He holds an Associate Degree in Air Conditioning Technology and has studied courses at the McQuay Centrifugal Operations School, Barber-Coleman Energy Management Systems School, Pneumatic Temperature Control Workshops and the Johnson Automated Building Controls School.
His vast knowledge of facility maintenance and years of experience make him a virtual encyclopedia for what works and doesn't work in building maintenance.
