Mike Bahm has taken on the responsibility of Scoutmaster of Troop 58 and District Commissioner for the Permian Basin. He is a Silver Beaver Recipient, Woodbadge trained, and has served on several committees in the Sam Houston Area Council.

Also, we would like to welcome back Mike Bahm of Mertzon as our District Commissioner. Mike works for TX-DOT in Big Lake. He is a Silver Beaver recipient from the Sam Houston Area Council where he lived before moving west. He has been on several training teams and can train anyone on anything thing at almost anytime. Mike has numerous of ideas for the future of our district and council and is glad we have our district moving in the right direction.
