Andreas has over 16 years of management, corporate strategy and finance experience across the technology, consumer goods, retail, financial services and healthcare industries.

At Marakon Associates in London and Tokyo, Andreas assisted international corporations like the retailer Boots and the international beverage company Diageo with strategies using Marakon's Value Based Management methodology.

As a Director with Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP), Andreas worked with Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, IDX Systems and Washington Mutual, providing leadership in developing, delivering and supporting strategic initiatives to realize new market and competitive opportunities.In CTP's NewCo practice, Andreas validated and developed business plans for start-ups such as BuyThenFly, Private Equity Street and a Textron spin-off for highly engineered products.Andreas co-founded Webtronics Inc. in 1995; a developer of web-server appliances and hosting services.

With Paladin, Andreas provides strategic consulting services to firms wanting to enter new markets, improve competitiveness, evaluate potential Mergers & Acquisitions and build new businesses.

Andreas earned a Master Degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and an undergraduate degree in Economics from University of California, Berkeley.In his free time, he enjoys collecting wine and planning his next global adventure.
