(GUS) AYALA joined the Bank in connection with the merger of Bellingham Bancorporation effective June 19, 1999.He served as Chief Financial Officer for the Bank of Bellingham from September 1997 until completion of the merger.Previously, he was Senior Vice President with a commercial bank in Lompoc, California.He is currently Senior Vice President, and Operations Manager for the Bank.
