   Athari : Guests can't seem to believe that all the business amenities they need are provided either in their rooms or at our business center at no extra cost. It used to be that no' was the most common answer when asked do you offer this or that.' Now, our staff never has to say no.' Instead, saying yes' seems to put a lot more smiles on people's faces and makes the entire guest experience much more enjoyable for everyone. Wingate's fresh, new, all-inclusive approach to hospitality sticks in guests' minds and keeps them-and their friends or business associates-coming back..
   
   Q : Although today's guests are more technology-savvy, that doesn't mean that hotel employees are just as up to speed. What type of training is provided to Wingate employees so that they can promote all the technological amenities available at the property.
