Mr. Rathanlal Atal

The businessman, Mr Rathanlal Atal, in the petition alleged that he had executed a registered sale deed and sold his 3,000 square yards of land at Peddapalli in Karimnagar district for a lesser consideration in 2003 following a deal with the Reliance Industries to appoint him as its petroleum retail outlet dealer.In the petition filed in the court, Mr Atal further alleged that the Reliance Industries stopped all correspondence with him and started its own retail outlet last year at the same site, which he said is in violation of the agreement.
