Lezli Ataker

Lezli Ataker is a senior lecturer in EFL/EAP. She has worked in Turkey and Central Asia as a journalist and radio producer before starting an academic career as a lecturer in English and Media. She came to NTU in 2004, and has previously worked as a teacher trainer for the British Council in Ukraine, and as an EAP lecturer at City University, London. She also has extensive experience of teaching business and technical English in the UK and abroad. She has an MA in Applied Language Studies from the University of Westminster and a Licentiate Diploma in TESOL from Trinity College, London. She is programme leader of the in-sessional language support programme.
