   Laval, March 17, 2006â€"It is our pleasure to announce the appointment of Mr. Claude Asselin, BASc (Civil Engineering), MA (Urban Planning), to the position of Vice-President of Dessau and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Groupe Gauthier, Biancamano, Bolduc (GGBB), subsidiary of Dessau specialized in urban and land-use planning.
   
   An urban planner by training and a seasoned manager, Mr. Asselin worked as City Manager of the City of Laval for the past 18 years. During his career, he developed solid expertise in all urban and regional matters, especially taxation, public transit, zoning, industry and trade, cultural affairs and the environment.
   
   Mr. Claude Asselin will also sit on the Dessau Board of Directors as a member of the Advisory Committee and will act as contact person in the development of public-private partnerships, especially with the municipalities.
   
   We are pleased to welcome Mr. Asselin and wish him tremendous success in the pursuit of his career with Dessau.
