   Louise is originally from Toronto and after 8 years in the banking and insurance industries there traveled to Alberta to spend the next 15 years in hospitality management. During this time she simultaneously received her Real Estate license and opened a small business in the town of Canmore offering business services to the rapidly growing community. Louise joined Doug Macnamara's team at The Banff Centre as Executive Assistant/Office Supervisor in 1999. She was promoted to Programs Manager/Manager Administration in 2000 at the same time as commencing undergraduate study in Psychology at Athabasca University. Louise has continued in her role as Programs Manager for Banff Executive Leadership Inc. since its inception in 2001.

She is also the Program Assistant for the Governance and Executive Leadership Programs. Before joining The Banff Centre team, Louise spent 15 years in management in the Hospitality Industry and most recently 5 years in the Real Estate Industry. She continues to enjoy her active community involvement co-ordinating volunteer efforts in various fundraising events as well as local theatre projects.
