   With the Mexican economy slowing down, Texas sales have also slowed since last fall, said Laila Assanie, Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas assistant economist. Exports to the rest of Latin America are growing fast, however - up 20.6 percent in the fourth quarter of 2006.
