Adel has over 19 years of consulting experience in the environmental industry.He has extensive experience in performing traditional industrial hygiene services including mold investigations and clearances, air pollution remediation, and "sick building" assessment.Adel also conducts hearing conservation programs and lighting, noise, ventilation, and vibration studies for office and industrial facilities; designs and administers employee health and safety programs; and has developed Safety and Health Emergency Response Procedures (SHERP) for on-site remediation projects.

Adel is a Certified Industrial Hygienist, AHERA Asbestos Inspector, Management Planner, AHERA Project Designer; as well as Certified for Hazardous Waste Supervisor, Certified Safety Professional - Comprehensive Practices, Certified for Hazardous Material and Waste Transportation, and Certified in Excavation Safety/Competent Person for OSHA.He has a Master of Science in Industrial Hygiene, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
