Representing the Pi Kappa Phi Properties board of directors, Glenn Aspinwall spoke not only of rekindling a friendship with Walter Pickens that dates back 28 years to 1979 when they first met as students while attending the fraternity's 75th anniversary convention in Charleston, S.C., but also of the partnership that currently exists between Properties and the Sigma Housing Corporation.
