   Mr. Aspero is counsel to commercial lenders for secured and unsecured loans, asset-based loans, loans secured by mortgages, and loan restructurings and work-outs. He regularly represents borrowers involved in similar transactions.
   
   For over twenty-five years, Mr. Aspero has been involved with all facets of commercial real estate law. He is a contracts and drafting specialist. Mr. Aspero represents leasing interests for office and industrial owners, ground leasing for a national leisure industry hotel holding company and also has special expertise in AIA construction documents, complicated land title matters, easements, license agreements and rights-of-way agreements.
   
   He has an active practice in municipal land-use including the land use needs of national telecommunications entities and private parties. Mr. Aspero advises a telecommunications subsidiary of a major eastern utility company that serves New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In that capacity, he authored one of the first New Jersey wide-area telecommunications infrastructure and licensing agreements now used extensively by that client and is experienced in purchases and sales of telcom towers and related equipment. He counsels developers and private owners as to land use needs. Mr. Aspero appears frequently before local zoning boards of adjustment and planning boards throughout the State of New Jersey.
   
   Mr. Aspero served in the United States Navy from 1969 to 1972 as a line officer, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant. He has resided in Montclair, New Jersey for over 30 years, where he served on the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
