   BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (February 13, 2007) - Barry Schlesinger, chairman of KW Fund Management Group, announced that Bruce Asper has been named senior managing director of Kennedy Wilson.

   Asper will be responsible for acquisitions for the company's investment funds and will focus on office, industrial and retail assets throughout the U.S.

   Getting his start at Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1987, Asper most recently worked at CB Richard Ellis before joining Kennedy Wilson. His prior experience includes serving as leasing director for The Brookhollow Group, helping to drive occupancy of an extensive portfolio in Los Angeles and Orange County; leasing of two prominent Downtown Los Angeles high rises while with Premisys; and, spearheading regional Landlord leasing for Jones Lang LaSalle.
   
   Since 1997, Asper has been involved in over 4 million square feet of leasing activity and over $700 million in investment sales. During this time, he was also directly involved in building sales at Union Bank Plaza, The Fine Arts Building, The Oviatt Building and Central Plaza.
