   Reuben Aspacio brings over 20 years of engineering and operations experience to Legend Silicon, with a strong background in the areas of semiconductor assembly/test, product engineering and foundry relationships. Reuben has managed the delivery of a diverse assortment of products, including graphics processors, microprocessors, and high-performance communications chips.
   
   Prior to joining Legend Silicon, Mr. Aspacio was Director of Operations at Ikanos Communications bringing their VDSL chips into production, where he was responsible for assembly, process, product, and reliability engineering. He also held senior engineering management positions at ATI Technology, Chromatic Research and AMD where he had responsibility for a broad range of operational departments including product and test engineering.
   
   Mr. Aspacio has been granted 3 U.S. Patents & 3 pending, and holds M.S. & B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University.
