   Rebecca Aspaas is the Development Director of Visiquest Properties, LLC. She has a broad knowledge of the building and development industry with a proven record of effectively managing project teams to ensure cost effectiveness and timely completion.
   
   She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Design, Housing and Urban Development at Arizona State University in 2001. While earning her degree, she participated in a work study internship at Morrison Homes where she gained experience in the areas of acquisitions, contracts, project management, design and field supervision.
   
   During her previous experience as land development manager for the Del Webb planned communities division at Pulte Homes, she managed over $60 million in development contracts and assembled feasibility packages for new land development projects that included City infrastructure, the Anthem Country Clubhouse and Community Park Expansion, as well as the Anthem Lift Stations.
   
   In 1993, Rebecca enlisted in the Army as a Nuclear-Biological-Chemical Specialist. After her initial active military duty, she joined the Arizona Army National Guard serving at the Arizona Regional Training Institute as an instructor of the Commissioned and Non-Commissioned Officer programs. Currently, Rebecca is a Sergeant First Class with the Arizona Army National Guard where she has served for a total of 10 years. She was recently transferred to the Arizona Joint Force Headquarters.
   
   As part of her desire to share her knowledge and experience with others, Rebecca teaches courses in the College of Architecture and Planning at Arizona State University.
   
   Margarita Gascon is the executive assistant to Joel Broder and Rebecca Aspaas at Visiquest Properties, LLC.
