   VTI's President and Chief Operating Officer is Thomas Asp. He joined the company in 1986 and works in our corporate office located in Burnsville MN, where he supervises the Minnesota, Colorado and Wisconsin operations. He serves on the board of directors of VTI and SecurityNet. Tom is the majority shareholder of the corporation.
