   BUCYRUS, Ohio, August 28, 2006: The Board of Directors of Farmers Citizens Bank and FC Banc Corp. announces the appointment of Randall ("Randy") Asmo as the newest Director of the Board.
   
   Mr. Asmo is the Executive Vice President of Media Source Inc. of Dublin, OH, which is a publisher and distributor of children's books to schools and libraries throughout the United States, through its subsidiary Junior Library Guild (Marysville, OH), of which Mr. Asmo holds the position of President. Additionally, Mr. Asmo is Vice President of Mid-States Development Corp. which is in the business of developing, owning and managing commercial, residential and industrial properties mainly in Ohio, Florida, Georgia and North Carolina.
   
   A graduate of The Ohio State University, Randy resides in Powell, Ohio with his wife Tina and their two children.
