   Mr. Askins has over 22 years of senior management experience with General Electric, Honeywell and Control Data in domestic and international management related to engineering, operations, manufacturing and customer service of sophisticated computer technology and equipment systems. This experience includes all facets of Business Management Office and Manufacturing including: materials management, inventory and production control, spares management, shop operations, quality control and new product development with General Electric, Honeywell, and Control Data. Senior level positions held were: Director, Customer Service Center and Flexible Disk Drive Division, Control Data Corp.; and various management positions with Honeywell and General Electric. He also was President, Sigma a 3rd party repair company before he founded Cherokee Data.
   
   In 1989, Mr. Askins founded Cherokee Data and is currently the President and CEO. Cherokee Data is an international provider of a wide range of high technology computer hardware and services. The company's offerings include disk drives, tape drives, tape libraries, other storage devices and computer related components. The company also offers services such as product refurbishment, re-certification, warranty programs, inventory management, out of production procurement and generic/white labeling. Mr. Askins has a strategic partnership history that includes companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Maxtor Corp., Overland Storage, Inc., Sun, Mitsubishi, IBM, Hitachi and Seagate, as well as other major corporations. Through the efforts of Mr. Askins, Cherokee Data has been awarded the Chamber of Commerce Metro 50 Award 5 times as one of the 50 fastest growing companies in Oklahoma City over the course of 16 years in business.
   
   Mr. Askins has an electrical engineering degree, MBA and was in the Graduate Executive Program at Columbia University. He is also a graduate of the prestigious General Electric Management training program.
