Brad Askins Vice President
Brad consults primarily in the area of computing system performance and is a TPC Certified Auditor for its performance benchmarks. He has over 20 years of experience in all phases of the hardware and software life cycle, including 14 years at Hewlett-Packard in engineering and management positions. In his last position at HP, Brad managed a research team at HP Labs working in the area of distributed systems. Prior to that he managed several technology alliances for HP and before that Brad was responsible for the performance of HP-UX servers. Before joining HP he worked on transaction processing systems at Bell Laboratories, database systems at IBM, and image processing systems at USC. He lives with his wife, son and daughter in Los Altos, CA.
