   Nina Askelson in Felton. As a teenager she was employed by many families to assist with housekeeping. She married Melvin Bueing Oct. 14 , 1931. They ran a restaurant where she was well known for her pies. In 1940 they moved to Edmonds , Wash. , and resided there until moving to Bothell in the early 1960s. She enjoyed an active life which included PTA , scout den mother , bowling , dancing and working in a local toy factory. She was an early member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Lynnwood , and a current member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. She is survived by four sons , Marvin ( May ) , Wally ( Betty ) , Waldo ( Jane ) , Rick ( Mary ) , one daughter , Carol Keith , all local residents ; one sister , Norma Bergeson of Twin Valley ; 16 grandchildren , 33 great-grandchildren , five great-great-grandchildren ; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband ; seven brothers ; and five sisters. The funeral was held May 29 at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.
