Restaurant Manager Brooke Ask is originally from the Mid-Atlantic area, with the majority of her background spent in Virginia and Maryland. Brooke graduated in 2000 from the New England Culinary Institute, and holds both an A.O.S. in Culinary Arts and a B.A. in Food & Beverage Management. She brought her vast experience to The Jackson House Inn & Restaurant in September 1999, and was instrumental in creating the atmosphere in the dining room for our new successful Bistro Menu - served Tuesday through Thursday - and the ambience of our Three-Course Prix-Fixe Menu, featured on Friday and Saturday evenings. Brooke's knowledge of wines has assured the continuation of The Jackson House Inn & Restaurant's Wine Spectator "Award of Excellence" since 1998. She has also been responsible for the restaurant's impeccable service level, which has garnered as much attention as the exceptional food.
