Makes his third attempt at the Gem parliamentary seat having previously made unsuccessful attempts in 1979 and 1985, Asiko will be seeking NDP's endorsement.Asiko went to Uranga Primary School, Maseno High School and Makerere University.He worked as an economist at the Treasury between 1964 and 1966, the Central Bank and was director of the National Hospital Insurance fund between 1969 and 1979.He is currently an economic advisor with Milligan International Company.
