Alan P. Asikainen, vice president of the New Britain-based Maguire Group's water resources division, which upgraded the town's sewer plant six years ago, said the town should also consider requiring more septic systems on those two-acre lots.That, in turn, would mean less sewage flowing into the treatment plant.

Town Planner Samuel L. Barto said he expects a legal notice about the new zone will be published in local newspapers next week.
