   BJ Process and Pipeline Services announces that Mark Ashworth has been appointed sales manager for Eastern Canada in charge of sales and marketing. In his new role, Ashworth oversees all aspects of BJ PPS' sales and marketing initiatives in Eastern Canada from the division's base in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. He is responsible for implementation and monitoring of all sales and marketing strategies for the region.
   
   Ashworth is tasked with generating sales of BJ PPS' specialist services within the oil and gas industry. With more than 12 years of international experience in the oil, gas and petrochemical industry, Ashworth brings a broad knowledge of all aspects of process and pipeline services, with particular emphasis on business development and marketing strategy. Before joining BJ PPS in this new role, Ashworth served for two years in a business development capacity in the Far East for a leading oil services company. Prior to this, Ashworth worked for BJ PPS from 1994 to 2001 in a variety of operations, sales and marketing roles in China, Malaysia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
