   Linda S. Ashworth is vice president of operations, a position she has held since 1994.In 2005, she was also named as Executive Director of the Chamber's Education and Public Improvement Foundation.
   
   Ashworth's responsibilities include all financial operations for the Chamber and its Education and Public Improvement Foundation, and management information systems.She also oversees all human resource functions, including payroll, benefits, policies manual and retirement plans.As Executive Director of the EPI Foundation, she also oversees the Chamber's workforce development and airport marketing efforts.
   
   Before joining the Chamber, Ashworth was Manager, Audit Services for Deloitte & Touche, LLP from 1985-1994.She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University with dual majors in accountancy and finance.
   
   Ashworth is involved in numerous professional development and business related organizations.She is a graduate of Leadership Dayton, and a member of American Society of Association Executives.In addition, she was named a member of the The Dayton Business Journal's 40 under 40 in 1999.
   
   As a volunteer, Ashworth is currently the President of the Board of Trustees for the Ronald MacDonald House of the Miami Valley and immediate past-president of the TWIGS Auxiliary of Dayton Childrens Hospital.She has also served on the board of the Humane Society of Greater Dayton, and on various committees for the YWCA of Dayton.
