Salon Systems, the Milwaukee based exclusive Aveda distributor for Wisconsin and Illinois, owns and operates the Aveda Institute Chicago.

Under the leadership of Barbara Ashworth, owner/chief-operating officer, Salon Systems has experienced great success during the past 20 years.

In addition to setting standards of excellence in the industry for her support of her clients and employees, Barb is recognized for her strong dedication to helping communities within Salon Systems territory and for giving a percentage of annual profits to environmental and humanitarian organizations throughout Wisconsin and Illinois.

In 1987 & 2003, Salon Systems received the Distributor of the Year Award from Aveda.Barb was also appointed to serve on the board of the Industry's Beauty & Barber Supply Institute for 2002 and 2003.
