    Kimberly Ashton, Project Manager Kim is Project Manager for the Green Schools Program. She has a wealth of experience in public policy development and intergovernmental relations. Prior to joining MTC, Kim managed portions of the government relations department for two major trade associations in Washington, DC (American Petroleum Institute and the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers). Her experience includes significant work on a number of environmental and energy issues, from air quality to fuel composition.

    Prior to the API and Alliance Kim did research for the environmental consulting firm of ICF Incorporated, in Fairfax, VA, where she researched projects for both the U.S. EPA and the U.S. Department of Energy on issues such as municipal solid waste management, landfill gas recovery and pollution prevention.

    Kim graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor's Degree in economics and from George Washington University with a Master's Degree in Public Administration (MPA).
