   Kim Ashton, a spokesperson with the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers, in Washington, D.C., a trade association representing 13 vehicle manufacturers, said the organization opposes requiring cars be branded with a lemon notice for cases that are pending.
   
   "We wanted it to apply to vehicles that are repurchased," Ashton said.
   
   However, no one seems to oppose the main point of change with Pennsylvania's Lemon Law - adding leased vehicles.
   
   "In concept, we have no problem with extending the Lemon Law to leased vehicles," Ashton said.
