Nokia Networks has employed a PLCM platform to help fulfill its goal of being a leading global network infrastructure provider.PLCM is an MES that tracks product routing, product build history and current production status, process monitoring, and data collection to all interested parties on Nokia's internal web.This presentation will detail the implementation, results and lessons learned by using PLCM.
