   After nine seasons spent lecturing and performing under the auspices of the Educational Alliance of New York City, Ashmore served for six years as the Resident Pianist at the Silver Bay Association on Lake George in upstate New York. While at Silver Bay, he appeared as a regular guest at the Sembrich Opera Museum and can be heard on the CD produced by the Association during his tenure.
