Melanie Ashmore //Communications Coordinator
With a background in field hockey and cricket, Mel started triathlon in 1995. She's raced all distances from sprint to Ironman with her favourite distance being a half-ironman. Suffering a serious injury in early 2006, she's currently injured so it's unlikely she'll race again. Professionally her formal background is in Mathematics (and later a mini degree in massage!) and she works in Equity Research at Bear Stearns.
