Donald Ashmankas The Honorable Donald Ashmankas serves as a United States Magistrate judge of the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.Prior to his appointment in 1992, he served 17 years as a district and circuit judge of the state of Oregon for Washington County, including service as presiding judge of both courts.Judge Ashmankas has served on the Board of Directors of the Oregon Law Institute and has been a frequent lecturer on a variety of legal topics.
