   Donald R. Ashlock Mr. Ashlock is a founder of AtlasMall, the parent company of VivaRebates.com. Mr. Ashlock is an entrepreneur with experience in a variety of business ventures. In 1979, Mr. Ashlock owned and operated the highest volume Wick Homes building franchise nationwide. Mr. Ashlock concurrently was awarded the highest monthly volume chemical distributorship for PetroLon, Inc., a dry film lubricant manufacturer. In 1981, Mr. Ashlock purchased the 279th VR (Venture Resources) Business Brokers franchise, starting and operating it until he sold it in 1989. During this same period, Mr. Ashlock was CEO of Anco & Time Energy Systems, Inc., a joint venture corporation that participated in the development of CO-generation, non-regulated electrical power generation plants and energy conservation industrial applications with Time Energy Systems, Inc., a publicly held company that was primarily owned and supported by IBM and Morgan Guarantee & Trust employee pension funds. Mr. Ashlock's responsibilities beyond general administrative functions included financial & technical feasibility studies, funding, development, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance and licensing. This venture led to the acquisition of exclusive design, construction rights and ownership contracts of over $500 million dollars worth of energy projects, small hydroelectric and power production facilities. Mr. Ashlock has worked on the development of the AtlasMall business model since 1989. Concurrently Mr. Ashlock built and operated a network marketing distributorship. He has served on various advisory boards and committees associated with his business and the Network Marketing industry, including the Advisory Board for Scientia Corporation, a holding company operating 5 Network Marketing companies internationally.

   A. At this time, there are 4 initiatives on the front burner for the Viva Team. Each of these "front burner" initiatives have to do with putting more cash commissions into the field as reward for our members' past and future referral efforts. Merchant Sponsoring and the Dawn of Network Brokerage. The strongest demand on the team rests in our launch of merchant sponsoring, which would enable associates to refer merchants as well as new cardholders.
