   Paulette M. Ashlin Partner Paulette began her career at Duke Energy and served as Vice President of Corporate Resources for one of the company's unregulated subsidiaries. She joined Lee Hecht Harrison, a global talent solutions company, as General Manager of the Charlotte office and later became Senior Vice President and Managing Director for North Carolina, assuming responsibility for additional offices in Raleigh, Winston-Salem, and Greensboro. In 2006, Paulette joined Coleman Lew & Associates as a Partner. She earned a BA from Davidson College and an MA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Paulette serves on the Advisory Board of the Dean Rusk Program for International Studies at Davidson College and the board of the Charlotte Youth Ballet. She is also active in the French-American Chamber of Commerce and Charlotte Women Executives. Paulette is a recipient of the 2006 Charlotte Business Journal's Women in Business Achievement Award. She and her husband have two children.
