   Scott Ashley is the founder and President of Respond Solutions Inc.
   
   Scott's formal education and career development over fifteen years in Alberta, California and Ontario, where he started as an EMT and completed his career as a Critical Care Flight Paramedic. Scott served the citizens of Ontario for eight years on "Bandage One" the air ambulance helicopter based in Toronto, Ontario.
   
   While working as a paramedic, Scott saw a need for professionals to teach first aid and CPR. In 1992 Scott founded Active Canadian Emergency Training Inc. with the goal to develop customized programs taught by emergency professionals. Following fourteen years of sustained growth and service, Active Canadian had become the largest private first aid training company in Canada. During that same time Active Canadian developed an emergency management division. "We realized that organizations needed more than just first aid training; they needed a completely integrated emergency response program". In March of 2006, Scott along with a number of dedicated personnel left Active Canadian to create Respond Solutions. Inc.

For eight of his fifteen years of emergency services experience, he worked for the Ontario Ministry of Health as a certified critical care flight paramedic aboard the Bandage One aircraft based in Toronto.
