   Allyson is a 1991 graduate of Pennsylvania State University where she majored in Business Management.
   
   After graduation, Allyson worked for two years as a Meeting Coordinator for the American Society of Travel Agents. In 1993 she began working for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, spending one year in Washington, DC National Sales Office before transferring as a Sales Manager to the Hyatt Regency Dallas. Two years later she joined the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center as a National Accounts Manager.
   
   Allyson began her career with ConferenceDirect in September 1999. She is a Certified Meeting Professional and a member of MPI. Allyson is also an active volunteer with AIDS Services of Dallas.
