   One thing is pretty clear-cut for Paula Ashkar. "Travel is my passion!" she declares. This young entrepreneur keeps a hectic professional schedule, but makes time for extensive travel. With an itinerary fashioned from visits to friends and family, Paula's last vacation included stops in Italy, Spain, Greece and Lebanon-in 3 ½ weeks! While a whirlwind route like this would wipe out a less intrepid tourist, it isn't enough for Paula.
   
   "I usually travel every month or two. At least one big overseas trip a year, the rest visiting several states in the U.S." With no let up in her pace, Paula has visits to Miami, San Diego and New York City already scheduled.
