Mr. Ashkan is a 1979 graduate of the University of Nebraska with a M.S. in Agricultural Engineering, specializing in crop water requirements and gravity and pressurized irrigation systems.He has over 20 years experience within the water resources and irrigation fields.He began his professional career with a U.S. -based international agricultural company in the Middle East and is very familiar with international water issues.He has extensive experience in the design and operation of irrigation systems.During the last five years, he has been involved in irrigation water requirement research and the pressurized irrigation business in Canada.
