   Theodore H. Ashford Mr. Ashford serves on the Compensation, Governance and Investment Committees. He is Chairman and CEO of Ashford Capital Management, Inc. He is also Secretary of the Investment Committee of the Delaware Public Employees' Retirement System, a member of the University of Delaware Research Foundation Finance Committee, and a Trustee and member of the Finance Committee of Christiana Care Corporation. He also serves as Trustee and Director of a number of private foundations and corporations. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard. Mr. Ashford has been a trustee since 1993.
