Ashby joins HealthEquity as director of client operations and is responsible for the ongoing strategic and technologic development of HealthEquity's proprietary HSA client services platform.Prior to joining HealthEquity, Ashby was operations manager for new card accounts at American Express.Prior to American Express, Ashby managed call center operations for NuSkin Enterprises where he led the creation of a customer service platform for Pharmanex -- a newly acquired subsidiary.Ashby received an M.B.A. in operations and service management and a B.A. in human development from Brigham Young University.
