   Prior to joining the addAshop team, Mr. Asbeck was founder and President of RCSoftware, a Miami-based web developer that focused on e-commerce development RCSoftware was one of the first companies in South Florida to emphasize the growing importance of database-driven web sites. addAshop contracted RCSoftware as both as a consultant and a developer, until the two companies merged in September 1999.
   
   Prior to his work at RCSoftware, Mr. Asbeck was an Account Executive at the Titan Industrial Corporation, where he was responsible for the sales and marketing of steel tubing to steel service centers throughout the United States.
