Arlene L. Asa, 77, of Waterloo formerly of Belle Vista, Ar, died Monday December 15, 2003, at the Cedar Falls Health Care Center, Cedar Falls.She sas born December 24, 1925 in Des Moines, Iowa, daughter of Paul and Sylvia Ockerman Willey.She graduated from North High School in Des Moines, Iowa.She married kennieth L. Asa on June 4, 1950, and spent most of her life in Waterloo, Iowa as a housewife.

She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.Also, she was a volunteer for several organizations in Bella Vista and Bentonville.She enjoyed playing cards, traveling, and family.

Arlene was a member of the Bella Vista Community Church, Bella Vista, AR.

She is survived by her husband: Ken.One son: David of Coraville.Two granddaughters: Nicole and Kristin Asa.She was preceded in death by her parents.
