Dr. Marsha Arzy, acting dean at CMC's Summit campus, said she saw the introduction of new options to the community to be a positive thing, especially if credits are transferable between the two.

"I think that any baccalaureate that is willing to partner with a community college to assist students to meet their career goals and educational goals, I think that it's good for a community," Arzy said, adding that CMC does offer day, night and online classes as well.
