Joe has twenty-one years of continuing experience, education, and training with the Wyoming Highway Patrol and is currently employed as a Trooper with the WHP.As such, he has been certified as an Accident Reconstructionist for 14 years.Throughout Joe's career, he has investigated approximately 1600 accidents and crashes, and during that time he has provided testimony as a Professional Accident Reconstructionist at the Municipal, District and Federal court levels.

Joe has approximately thirty years experience as a snowmobile rider and is still very active in the sport.Joe's involvement in the snowmobile industry extends to his dealership, where he has been providing snowmobile tours and rentals for over six years.In his experience with the dealership, Joe has had to design and implement safety programs and policies for the use of company snowmobiles, as well as design a policy handbook for his snowmobile guides.

Joe is a certified Ski-Doo mechanic, and has been for over five years.As well, he has been retained as an expert in the area of snowmobile safety and accident investigation and reconstruction.

Holding an Emeritus Professorship from Sheridan College in Sheridan, Wyoming, Joe taught accident investigation for eight years to students majoring in criminal justice, as well as acting as an advisor for the local chapter of the American Criminal Justice Association, Chi Omega Phi.

Joe is highly experienced in the areas of motor vehicle, snowmobile, motorcycle, and ATV crash investigation and reconstruction.
