Ara received his B.A. from the University of Toronto and his LL.B. from Dalhousie Law School.He recently joined the firm of Levitt, Hoffman.His practice includes all areas of Corporate-Commercial, E-commerce and Information Technology law and encompasses business start-ups and acquisitions, corporate re-organizations, partnership and shareholder matters, employment matters, franchising and distribution, commercial leasing, financing transactions, software licensing, online retail, privacy policies, and trademark matters.Mr. Arzumanian has been a guest lecturer at The School of Continuing Studies, University of Toronto, and has spoken on the topic of Internet law to various business organizations.
