Dr. Rudy Arzuaga, Trainer

Dr. Arzuaga is an educational leader with diverse experiences in administration, curriculum development, educational technology, and English as a Second Language (ESOL) instruction.Along with being fluent in both Spanish and English, Dr. Arzuaga is skilled in the creative development and implementation of educational models in the four core content areas for English as well as non-English speaking students.As an educational administrator and a middle and high school math teacher, Dr. Arzuaga sought to implement sustained instructional and assessment strategies aligned with NCLB.Dr. Arzuaga was awarded a doctorate degree in Instructional Technology and Distance Learning from NOVA Southeastern University in Florida, a master,s degree in Educational Leadership from George Mason University in Virginia, and a bachelor degree in Criminal Administration and Planning from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York.
