Arquilla '77, vice president of business development for Premier Health Partners; Mary Moeder Garman '79, vice president and chief operating officer of the Heart and Vascular Hospital at Good Samaritan Hospital; and Dr. Steven Grant '70, adjunct professor at the University of Dayton's School of Education and Allied Professions; and current parent, Joseph A. Zehenny, vice president of commercial banking for Key Bank.

Thomas J. Arquilla is the Vice Prresident of Business Development at PHP.Tom's responsibilities include the coordination of business development activities for the three hospitals.These activities include physician recruitment, joint venture development, and the development and implementation of various market initiatives.

Tom's previous experience of 18 years at Miami Valley Hospital includes Associate General Counsel, Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer for a for-profit subsidiary where he was responsible for building a 75-physician network of primary care physicians, now known as Premier HealthNet.Prior to his current role, Tom served as Vice President of Business Development and Hospital Operations.His scope included operational responsibility of various departments including the Emergency Trauma Program, Surgery, Medical Education, Facilities Services, and other departments including Physician Recruitment, and Joint Ventures.

Tom is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, a Masters of Business Administration, and a Juris Doctorate.Tom has also completed additional continuing legal education over the years including Harvard Law School programs on mediation and conflict resolution.
