Mr. Arquilla came to BArT from New York City, where he spent several years working as a theatre professional. He has acted in over forty productions on the amateur and professional stage, and has extensive experience in playwrighting, composition, directing, design, and technical theatre.

Prior to working in New York, Mr. Arquilla taught music in the Leominster Public Schools and has tutored students in preparation for standardized testing. He has also taught private piano, guitar, brass and voice lessons to middle and high school students. Mr. Arquilla holds an MFA in Musical Theatre Writing from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and a BA in Theater Arts from Boston College.
